Lindsay Murrell Bio![]() Lindsay started playing soccer at the age of 4. She started playing competitive soccer at the age of 9 and played on the premier U-18 team since the age of 14, which made it to the State Cup final four every year. Lindsay played varsity soccer at Barron Collier High School in Naples, FL where she was a four year starter. Lindsay went on to play Division I soccer at Auburn University in 2003, where she received a full athletic and academic scholarship. After one year at Auburn, Lindsay went to Florida Gulf Coast University and took time off of soccer. After 2.5 years, she transferred to Rollins College to play again. After receiving a full scholarship, she finished her remaining 3 years of college ball as a Tar. She graduated in 2008 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. Currently, Lindsay is finishing up her Masters in Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Lindsay is looking to pursue her Ph.D. afterward.
